Apparently I saw a fail of a fail
I was logged out, viewing the site on desktop using Firefox and a wired connection. It happened ~11:02pm 3/29/2018 when I tried to go to http://www.erfworld.com/streams/view_submissions
using the link from http://archives.erfworld.com/Book%203/313
Instead of the submissions page, I saw a white page containing only this text:
"Fatal error in exception handler. Check log for Exception #1522389688"
I was able to access Submissions a minute later, but that time I used the link from the homepage.
