    I'm assuming that as far as Arthemy can tell, the green orb isn't something that would be easily moved, if at all, correct?

    Yes. The orb appears completely immobile.

    My actions for this turn: (So MarbitChow doesn't have to read thru my plan to find them.)
    Dod will spend 4 actions stone-gathering. He will then use his free build action, and only his free build action, to place 2 stones into a road headed south.

    MarbitChow, what exactly do the rules for road building mean when they say we have to maintain complete control of both zones? Do we have to have people in both zones? Or do we only lose control if an enemy enters the zone?

    Actually, I think I'll just generalize that concept to a more general rule:

    All non-combat actions in zone automatically fail (including free forage) when there are hostile units in the same zone.
    Hostile units are units that have made at least 1 combat attack action or harmful spell on any character in the zone.
    If non-combat actions that require resources fail, no resources are consumed.


    The net result of this:
    Enemies can move into the hex, and make a single attack, and disrupt the entire turn, although if you've got a mystic standing by, you could try to intercept them.
    Enemies hidden in the hex might be more problematic, since they'll have more actions saved (enemies moving in have probably burned 3 actions crossing into the zone).

    To specifically address the issue of road-building: you can have everyone build up one side of the road (either 12 or 13 actions), move to the next zone, and finish it there. The road bonus only applies when the road is complete.

    Hyde will use all 4 actions to gather communal stone and will surprisingly find a cheese sandwich among the rubble which he will consume using the free eat action.

    Shouldn't this cart have been completely built?

    This turn, Dod only uses 2 actions to gather stone. He uses his 2 remaining actions, the 2 free build actions from mason's workshop, and the free build action from level 2 stonemason to place 10 more stones in road.
