The group already has a dollamancer, so the odds of you getting one were low, and you didn't make it. Regus, and a few units under his command, will enter the battle space in a few turns.
I think he was saying he was dismissed by his previous side BECAUSE he wasn't a caster, not that he wanted to be one :p

    I think itakrs more sense for it to be an item rather than an ability, but you arevthe gm. I just want the option of an opening volley before closing to melee

    Just as an FYI, such an item has charges that would be expended, requiring my character to supply you with replacements.

    [s]so, quick question... what is the curent party make up?

    As far as casters it sounds like a shock, a fool, a doll, and ? a healer?.

    It also sounds like you started with a croakomancer, but it died?[/s]

    found the refrance page.
    I think a rocker named Threday Razer might be fun.
    willing to take the really low chance of a croakamancer.

    just gona make him a stat block
    Spoiler: show
    Threday Razer (Bob the 6th): Caster {Lvl 1, 0xp}
    [ 3 Combat / 1 Defense / 4 Hits / 8 {8} Move. (8) Juice. Fire.]
    Special: Croakamancy (reanimator)

    Otherwise, the large archer Rudy Eye.
    Spoiler: show
    Rudy Eye (Bob the 6th): Archer{Lvl 1, 0xp}
    [7 Combat / 3 Defense / 10 Hits / 8 {8} Move. Fire.]
    Special: Mighty blow, Block. 1 AP banked.

    The only Mancer we don't have is a Hippie (Assuming Nnelg is playing a Fool), Bill our Croakamancer is still alive and kicking

    will take the tiny chance anyways...

    And hell, Rudy Eye is a fun and nearly unknown reference for an archer, so he could be fun.

    edited block, going dancing... bit of a bolywood feel.

    Spoiler: show
    Rudy Eye (Bob the 6th): Archer{Lvl 1, 0xp}
    [7 Combat / 3 Defense / 10 Hits / 8 {8} Move. Fire.]
    Special: Mighty blow, Block, Dance fight.

    Now to get a stack of dance fighting warriors with support three times, and mighty blow... +67 combat? yes please.

    slamming combat up to 77 as a level one archer would be great. Hell, could get it to 86 with another triple support warrior out of stack, forming a 9 unit square.

    You know, stacks aren't limited to 8 people. Just the stacking bonus caps at 8 is all. You can have 9 in a stack no problem.

    Just a quick couple of notes:

    Support requires that both units involved are able to hit the target, so Warriors would be a poor choice to Support an Archer; you'd need a group of Archers to pull it off.
    Stacks ARE limited to 8 in this game. Hordes (uncroaked 'stacks') are limited to 24.
    Finally, riding a Mount would increase the number of adjacent squares around you to 12. You don't need to be in a stack with a unit to support it, so if you really wanted to max out at 1st level, there's +72 right there. :)

    Ah, my bad. I re-read erfworld book 1 last night, so I had their rules in my head. Kinda makes me wonder exactly what the stacking bonus is in comic.

    Actually, the one thing this group seems to need is a luckamancer... or is there only one chance at a caster per person?

    He would be Arrow Blackman, a mercenary from a lost lake based side.

    There's only 1 chance per person, I'm afraid. I'd like to avoid heavily overloading the side with casters - they've got a crazy amount for their side already. :D

    So... Rudy Eye... should I make the art, or are you working on it?

    I'll leave that entirely up to you.

    If you want to create the image, I'd suggest using this Elven Guardians image sheet (or any of the Knight Errant files from this page) as a starting point.

    If you want me to do it, just flesh out a description or provide a link to a source image that you'd like to see, and I'll see what I can do. I'm not an artist, but the figures I've created haven't turned out too horribly so far.

    I was asking cause I PMed
    With Rudy, I would like to give him an Indian(as in the subcontenent) feel. So gold armor, and maybe some earrings? With blue skin and black hair. His hair is rather long, held in a pony tail. He would carry a golden bow... perhapce using an archer elf from here as a base.
    most of this, and had yet to get a response, and was making sure you got it.

    Got it. Sorry for the lack of response; I should have acknowledged it, but I usually just follow up with a reply when the image is done. I'll see what I can do. In the meantime, if you can find some images that reflect what you've got in mind, feel free to PM me with their links.
