Yay, I inflicted damage!

... oh. Ooh. Unless those Gwiffons are going to attack the plebs, our archers are toast. Look at the combat scores on those things.

How can this possibly get any worse now? Eh? Eh?

    I am going to move up near the halberdiers (where ever they end up), then use Mighty Blow on N

    I think I took 2 more damage than I should have.

    I think it may be a little early for that. Since it's our turn to move, I suggest the Archers get in rank behind our caster. This should help protect them from fire from above and may force the gwiffons to land where we can croak them in the phase after next.

    Numma Trois will skitter behind the Halberdiers and Wizard, where she can be nicely protected, and will also use Mighty Blow against Enemy N. (Edit: This includes retreating along with them to remain in the rear rank, should they retreat toward the fort.)

    These gwiffon riders are going to be serious trouble. For one thing, they are probably going to shoot Chess in the back next round and then it's only a matter of time before our rear gets overrun. We'll probably last through one more movement phase, but not much more than that.

    Welp. Should have berserked last turn, I guess, if I wanted to get some damage in, but now there are gwiffons.

    Well, if we run away, I guess I'm running with y'all. If we aren't, taking one more stab at Y because screw Y.

    OOC OK... looks like we're on a retreat. Here's my suggestion
    We form up just in front of the plebs thus giving them 4th rank protection
    3rd Rank: ~Trois , Tim, Numma To...Archers pick your targets Tim heal either Franco or Numma To, they're both 5 points down so should get +3...your choice
    2nd Rank: ~The bro'berdiers Ian, Otto and Derek....unless one of you feels you're first rank material
    1st Rank:~ Cross and Franco..... Cross don't forget to pick up the potion on your way past and gulp it down ( it should give you +4, and no sense in leaving it for them)

    OOC Noted. Useful to know ...we may be able to exchange ranks to allow a front rank to be healed.,... but you'd have to hold for 2 turns as we don't move every turn...only every 2nd turn

    T's also having 0 Hits in that table.

    Anyway, this is looking increaingly Knobesque. Is there a way for the Brobadier units to hoist a few other units, like the Archers, the plebs or their cargo, and Tim, over the Walls? Seems like someone could climb that wall if given a shoulder to step on.

    Call for a guard and I'll Mighty Blow Y as well. Focus fire and we might be able to blitz though them- since T is dead already, he's not actually there to block us. Get rid of Y and we'll be able to sweep around the bottom of their formation and reach the gates.
