Yup as many saw it coming, it's plain old fall for everyone but the heavy hobgoblins... ouch

Still I assume some chances of survival for a fall are still better than the assumed none trough parley...

    Oh oh!

Man, it's a good thing Jack had those Healomancy scrolls on hand. And we thought they were just a way for him to taunt her!

It's the kind that materialises later it seems.

I realize that art isn't necessarily indicative of internal injuries, but I'm happy to see that Wanda looks a lot less injured than when she fell during the Battle for Gobwin Knob - a bad bruise on the left shoulder, but nothing that comes close to how she looked when she was incapacitated in that fall.

Though, her eyes are closed here.

Now, wouldn't this be a perfect time for Stanley to trundle back up from the larder and mess things up...?

Edit: I presume that Parson couldn't have simply promoted Wanda and Jack to "Heavy" status?

Yes it is, though we don't know if he survived. But from a narrative point of view, I think we can assume Wanda did.

    Jack and Jill
    went up the hill
to fetch a pail of water.
    Jack fell down
    and broke his crown
    and Jill came tumbling after.

That shoulder does not look good, other wise she could be sleeping though.

It would suck if both her and Jack were knocked out but alive and they got captured.

Well suck for Gobwin Knob anyway

A fair bet. In-universe, it's a roll of the dice that's still better than a 0% chance of survival; but from a storytelling context, Rob did not just spend three months building up to this massive cool plan just to have it all negated by Wanda rolling a natural 1.

Wanda should have worn her helmet for that...

Looks like Jack is doing a marginally better job of staying on his dwagon... Wanda being incapacitated and Jack healing her makes sense from a storytelling standpoint too. Would be about as close to Wanda not making it as it could come.

    Beautiful art!

Wanda is pretty cool. But will she get her caster puppet on strings?

Were Wanda and Jack the only ones with scrolls? (might have been just Jack)
Anyways, given her eyes aren't X'd out I'm gonna guess she's not dead yet. It's probably similar to the state she was in after her failed charge on Ansom back in TBFGK

Oh boy Parson is daring, how will the battle go now with Wanda knocked out? Tram was not expecting this answer and I wonder how he will respond? Wanda will survive because if she where to die, Gk would be totally screwed. She can receive a debilitating injury, but I see her living for a long time. Great update and Xin's art was spectacular!

Fantastic art and fantastic delivery. Nothing "new" really, just a bit more fleshing out before the battle really starts... But to be honest, my favorite part is seeing Barry. That tough little dude is leading the charge! Rock on, Barry. Rock on.

Also, I really Tramennis... if you get what I mean...

    Poor Wanda . . . she looks so peaceful . . .

Edit: and I love that look that Jack & Wanda exchanged before fragging their mount!

He could have, but "Fat Jack" and "Wanda got Back" would be bad for the storyline . . .
