    Thank you, Rob.

I love it when a persona reacts (or thinks about reacting) completely in character, in a way I never expected, that in retrospect seems completely obvious.

It makes the world feel alive, and is one of the many reasons I keep coming back.

    Keep up the great work!

I notice that the caster in this update's picture is the one wearing white in the last comic page update. Still don't know what kind for sure though. You couldn't bear to spoil unleashing said info at a point of lesser drama than you have planned, eh?

Oh shit, this is not looking good for GK. I hope that Parson has plans for this or found out about it. I know a lot of people where guessing that Charlie was going to be here and boy is he ever. Loosing Jack is going to hurt when Jillian makes her move. Now what fun is old Charlie planning? I cannot wait until it is reveled. :P

I cannot wait for the next updates!!!

Yay! Bring the Chaos, Bring the Mahem. Bring Queen Jillian!

I like the very human confusion she's going through.

Wow. Very nice. SO many questions addressed... by far, my favorite part is Jillian tempted by the idea of being Ansom's lover and Wanda's pet again.

Regarding the caster : I no longer think its Vanna/The Turnamanacer. There's been too much build up for someone we already know about. No, I think maybe its someone else entirely - perhaps that old Faq Predictamancer.

That's probably the part that Jillian didn't tell Slately, her veiled Archons. Ossomer never mentioned their existence, yet they were escorting the group.

Just posting to say I love the illustration for this update. Something about the angle and the shafts of light that make it plain awesome.

    ^^^^^ - hot dang

so lets follow through on the progression then (spoilerfied for your protection)- (think less epileptic trees and more Rochester "I"m shaking the bushes, Mr. Benny")

    Spoiler: show
big fight, Jillian breaks with her side, Wanda/Ansom turn joining Jillian and Faq, possibly killing/decrypting her in the process. Possibly wouldn't be able to without losing control of faq upon her death unless Jillian designates an heir - Wanda? AN-Yway Jillian/Ansom/Wanda fallback to faq (what about Jack? ) leaving Stanley & Parsons - Parsons takes the field. And then there are the remains of the RC II and Transylvito - and of course Charlie - talk about confusion

These text updates are excellent (in fact I think I prefer them to the actual comic pages). The B&W art is great too.

I'd wondered about the possibility of Jillian ending up at Wanda's side, in one form or another... and how much of their original relationship would survive.

Wow. This was a sophisticated update. Jillian doesn't know if she want's to croak or be croaked? Heavy.

Woah, did I just sorta quote Hamlet? OK, this really was a heavy update.

Time in a comic moves at the speed of plot, so I like how the text updates are very plot heavy. And I've gotta say, this one was super cool!

Yaar, good update. I like how traditional this really is - you've got a massive conflict centered around ideological conflicts (Toolism vs. Royalty), and innovations in thinking (the decrypt, dragon relays, uncroaking the volcano, etc.), but at the highest level it really boils down to the relationships between these people: Parson and Charlie, Jillian and Ansom, Wanda and Stanley, everybody tied together so that their personal history influences the history of Erf. Hell, Parson hasn't ever met Jillian and the two have already had a profound influence on each other.

"Titans disband"? That's one heavy piece of swearing.

700 turns? No wonder Parson's getting buff; he's been going up and down those stairs every day for 2 years now.

    Really great update!

I actually felt the suspense and excitement that Jillian must have felt. A webcomic usually never does that for me. This is something that usually only happens with actual books haha. Great stuff.

That's not her total age. As seven hundred turns ago she was a merc. However we know she stopped being a Merc when the Grand Coalition 1 was organized. Plus she would have poped her heir by now if seven hundred turns had passed since the start of Book 1. No It's been what? 120 turns of Erfworld for Parson to date?
