    I'm alive! Sorry for not posting here or responding to anyone else. I got sick, and as such I haven't finalized my units yet. I'll try to have them re-done by noon my time tomorrow, and hopefully submitted by tomorrow evening or the day after.

    This thread seems to have stopped as well. Probably my fault.


    Here are my KNOWN units:

    Generics of Generica.

    H/A/D/M
    Archer 3 6 4 2 Ranged, Walker cost 63
    Scout 5 0 4 5 Walker, Scout cost 210
    Commander 5 0 4 5 Walker, Commander cost 207

    Theme Song: "We're the kids of Generica, Wo-oh!"

    And, yes, only three KNOWN units, because I'm only making four units, total. Take that, universe!

    So far, I've received unit specs from LtDave, Sihoiba and Nihila. Also HerbieRai, but my records show no hidden unit for Evil Imaginationland.

    Escotia must respectfully object to the battle cry of its esteemed allies, the Genericans, as its units are most certainly distinct.

    Due to a number of rather... well, bizarre... events in its research laboratories, Escotia finds itself with a surplus of chimaerical creatures. With a deficit of regular army units, it has naturally decided to deploy these chimaeras to the front:

    Chimaera
    A vicious, viscous beast, capable of everything from spitting fire to carrying large loads to dancing while doing all of the above.
    3 Hits 6 Atk 4 Def 3 Move; Walker; 3 Cargo; Ranged; Dance-Fighting; Cost 117

    Gryphon
    A largish flying beast with surprising intelligence.
    6 Hits 12 Atk 4 Def 5 Move; Flyer; 6 Cargo; Ranged; Cost 648 (Cmdr 856)

    Keeper/Officer
    Someone has to keep all these beasts in line, right?
    5 Hits 5 Atk 4 Def 3 Move; Walker; 5 Cargo; Ranged; Healomancy; Dance-Fighter; Sapper; Cost 313 (Cmdr 405)

    Piker
    A guy with a sharp stick. Apparently one of the only - if not THE ONLY - melée units in the game thus far.

    ok i've been getting stuck into the rules and have some questions for the GM

    1) If you have two leadership units in a stack do the leadership bonus's stack ie the leadership bonus of 1 leader in a stack is 1.1, if there are two does it go to 1.2

    2) do fortifications regain hits at the end of the turn

    3) can someone confirm i have the brackets in this formula right

    (hits*hits [ {move*move_type} + {8/(8-def)} + {atk/(2*hits)} ] +spec)
    Seriously guys the keyboard has more than one type of bracket.
    Try using them, it makes this type of thing infinitly easier to understand

    4) how will the random number in the combat calculation be rolled

    5) the rules state that "combat is always between two stacks,an attacker (the stack that is on turn) and a defender". how would combat involving two attacks and one defender, or one attacker and two defenders function, ie do two attacking stacks attack indavidually and then both receive retalation or does the defender only deal one lot of retaliation or can a defender only be attacked by one attacker in any one turn, also if there are two defender can an attacker attack one then the other assuming it survives.

    6) if a single unlead stack attacks a hex with two lead stacks can the defender determine which stack defends

    I've already edited this twice so i'll continue to do so untill i get some answers then i'll make a new post

    1) No.
    2) I don't know, but "No" seems likely.
    3) Yes, that is correct.
    4) Random number generator based on the time of posting, in combat calculator.
    5) Doesn't work, combat is only stack to stack--if 2 stacks attack 1, they do so individually.
    6) I don't think we've had that happen yet, so I don't know.
