I like that they finally made a reference to Jojo being a dog face. Since he is based on Jojo the dog man and all that.

Oh dear. Rodger is scheming to get close enough to Parson to try and croak him. The casters are wandering around the MK on a possible snipe hunt and there are still lots of balls to drop in this scenario. And the result? Glorious confusion of course.....and more planning on the fly for which Parson is notably famous for!

Which portal is "the new one"? Spacerock and CC are mentioned, and those are the only two sides censured... are they going to seal ICYS's?

Did we ever find out what Jojo's note to (from?) RVC was? Or was that only to tell us that they were working together all along, somehow?

So it's not so much swear words as the words they don't use and have never learned, but magically know what they mean upon hearing the first time. By that metric, would "year" and "born" qualify?

Roger does understand that killing Parson now would effectively hand Erfworld over to Charlie, right?

They're breaking even more of their own rules. Jillian isn't sanctioned, merely being invaded by a decrypted, and they're already just going to bury that one too.

The worst part of this though is... as visually helpful as this is, it also visually isn't.

The best reason for following these guys right now that I can think of is hoping that something happens to most of these guys, like Wanda "surfaces"... by means of opening up the ground beneath them, or something. IDK.

Am I the only one trying to find patterns in the mind-lines?

I can't help but feel pity for jojo, he's going to be in for such a shock when he finds out just how much Charlie is screwing everybody, including him. Which assumes that he actually believes all that tripe.

Although . . . why would he, if he doesn't actually think Parson blew up the Temple? ("Charlie is nothing if not thorough.")
Or is it that the part of Roger speaking to Parson realizes the perpetrator was Charlie, but the part of Roger in the garden somehow still thinks it was Parson? It would seem weird for the garden Roger to be that dumb . . . unless he realizes that it was Charlie but still wants to kill Parson because "it takes two to tango" (i.e., none of this would have happened if Parson hadn't come to Erfworld . . . although that's the GM's fault, lol).

    Yeah, that's gotta be ICFYS.

So it turns out RCV's plan is actually a little more tactically sound than setting himself on fire. Good job.

Edit: Woo! I made page one. That's never happened before.

The last dialog bubble is missing.

They saw a decrypted (Marie) go into ICFYS as they were trying to shoot her down for being decrypted.

So yes, they're going to seal ICFYS.

    EDIT:
While it probably seems obvious to most people that the red/teal/orange lines on the left represents a unit's "thought stream", I'd like to point the soft gray glow on the left of it and the brighter purple glow on the right.
So whatever those lines represent, thinkamancers... Do not have? Because I'm not buying "glow = thinkagramming rather than talking", as Maggie is out of Juice.

Either way, we have Gray Glow for Maggie, Red Line for Caesar, Teal Line for Benjamin, Thick Orange Line with... Red Misty Streaks? as Parson, and Purple Glow as RVC.
Anybody care to theorize on the specifics of what this means?

Why would it? Charlie would be in a worse position than he was before Parson's summoning, and Fate will still take another swing at him (this is the real reason Jojo was trying to discourage that - killing Parson doesn't help Charlie as much as banishing him, because Fate can send another mechanism to kill him immediately. Whereas as I understand it, if Parson is banished, Fate can't make another try until Parson dies in stupidworld because until then it's still bound by the fact that Parson has to kill him.)

We don't even have any reason to think Charlie is actually going to try to take over Erfworld. As far as we know, Charlescomm's long-term strategy is purely centered around keeping Charlie alive as long as possible. With Parson gone, Charlie would want to normalize relations with everyone, rebuild bridges that were burned during the conflict, etc. Supporting him is obviously the way to go if you want to return to the status quo.

(I mean, maybe he has some larger sinister plans, but we have no real evidence for this. Lots of contingencies, yes, but not ones he intended to invoke purely for the sake of it.)

Roger has almost certainly been carnied. It'll help him rationalize it. Like "Parson's pinning it on Charlie" or "It's possible Charlie did it, but Parson and Charlie both should die and I've already got a ready laid plan for Parson".

So the question is, is Roger Dodger actually deliberately lying that he believes Charlie nuked the Temple, or has his belief as to who the perp was changed.

RVC's narrative heavily implies he is deliberately lying to Parson (since his POV says he holds Parson responsible), but there's just a smidgen of ambiguity there.
