The main page seems to be in a blog format, but since this is a story, I'd like to start at the beginning. It apears the only way to do this is to hit the older entry button over and over and over until you reach the start.

I'm wondering if there is a link somewhere to the start or if there is not currently one I would like to suggest that one be created and placed somewhere obvious.

Either way thanks in advance for your time if you point me to the start.

it's not perfect, as after the next update, summer update 01 will be on page/16, etc.

That's irritating. People reading the summer updates as part of an archive will no doubt find that frustrating.

Well from what I gather then all one needs to do is type:
    Code:
    http://www.erfworld.com/category/summer-update-2009/page/
into the nav bar and then add the number of the latest summer update. This should be a quickish method to finding the first summer update.

However I do agree that that's a pain to anyone new to the site and having just finished reading through book I.

Actually there are permalinks to the first and all others.
    http://www.erfworld.com/2009/06/summer-updates-001/
That's, obviously, the first one but they all have a page.
To get the permalink for one just click the title of that update.
The only problem using this is that you have to go through all the news updates and not just the story ones.
